It was a poor move by Cahill to put his hand on his throat, was never going to get off for that. But that Cabaye should be punished, without a doubt said something very naughty as he apologised almost immediately to Cahill and even admitted saying something in the heat of the moment, luckily for him, Cahill isn't going to continue the issue.

Shame he will miss the 1st 3 games, but it could be a blessing in disguise because I think we play better without him.

It was just so uncahill like, he has never reacted to an opponent like that before, usually he is a model professional, i suppose we will never know what was said. Maybe cahill was not happy with cabaye actions in the first half either, when he pushed over the ball boy
