Bolton Loan For Robinson - Chelsea Change

Bolton Loan For Robinson - Chelsea Change

Antonee Robinson will spend the first part of the season on loan at Bolton.

On Friday, the left back, part of the U23 Everton side to win Premier League 2 last season, joined the Championship side on loan until January, which will be a good move for Robinson's continued development.

Robinson, 19, has been on the Blues' books since the age of 11, he signed a two year extension last month, but for the foreseeable future will be able to get regular first team football at the Macron Stadium.

He could make his debut for Bolton, back in the Championship following a season in League One, against Leeds on Sunday at the Macron.

Meanwhile, as will almost certainly be the case for other games to come in the 2017-18 campaign, we've seen a change to a Premier League fixture for the one against the champions.

The meeting with Chelsea, scheduled for Saturday 26th August, has had a change.

Due to kick off at 3pm this Stamford Bridge encounter has put back a day due to Everton's continued participation in the Europa League. Victory over MFK Ruzomberok set up a meeting with Hajduk Split - the second leg will be played on Thursday 24th August in Croatia - and this delay in the Chelsea meeting.

Obviously, the Blue will still go to London but this will now have a 1:30pm kick off on Sunday 27th August. However, this isn't going to be shown on Sky Sports or BT Sports.
