Belgium Call For Everton Duo

Ahead of the weekend's clash against Hull City, Everton confirmed that two more players would be off in the March international break having been called up by Belgium.

Former Everton gaffer Roberto Martinez has, as expected, included Romelu Lukaku and Kevin Mirallas in his 27 man squad for the two games the face in the coming weeks.

They face off against Greece in a World Cup 2018 qualifier on Saturday March 25 before traveling to Russia for a friendly three days later at the Sochi Olympic Stadium.

Belgium have a 100% record so far in their Group H battle and Greece are two points behind them, with Lukaku already having scored five goals in the three qualifiers played so far.

Lukaku told evertonfc.com.

epresented his country on 54 occasions.

'Greece is a very big game for us. The Greek community in Belgium is really big as well, so it`s going to be a tough game but we`re confident and we know a lot of our players are in great shape at the moment. Once we get together we`re just going to prepare well and get the job done.'

In other news, Gerard Deulofeu, on loan at AC Milan, could be in line for his second senior Spanish cap having been named in the squad that will face Israel on Friday March 24 in a World Cup qualifier, and a friendly in France four days later.
