Monaco & Dortmund clamber over striker
Since the news hit that Chelsea would be looking to sell Everton loan star Romelu Lukaku in the summer, some of the best sides in Europe have been linked with the striker.
At 20-years-of-age, Mourinho has reportedly written off the Belgian striker despite his excellent goal scoring record in the Premier League.
Since his £18million move from Anderlecht to Chelsea in August 2011, Lukaku has made just one Premier League start for the club. Making 15 appearances in total and not scoring.
He has spent most of his time out on loan, with West Brom last season scoring 17 goals in 35 appearances and this season with Everton where he has scored 10 goals in 21 appearances.
Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws believe Chelsea will attempt to sell Lukaku in the summer and will aim to recoup the money they paid for the striker, but not from an English club. Ruling out any small hope Evertonians had of him returning to Goodison Park next season.
Clubcall have linked Monaco with a £20million move, whilst other internet reports suggest that Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund have already made contact with agent Mino Raiola ahead of a potential offer.
Fingers crossed the speculation will not affect Romelu Lukaku's performances for the rest of the season in an Everton shirt.
