Redmond eyes Everton move

Redmond eyes Everton move

Birmingham winger Nathan Redmond has told his club that he wants a move to Everton this summer.

The England U21's winger has already received interest from Premier League sides Norwich and Swansea, with both clubs agreeing £2million fees with Birmingham.

The 19-year-old wants to join up with Roberto Martinez at Goodison Park, but if that isn't possible then The Mirror believe that Swansea are the second favourites to sign him.

The tabloid however fails to actually suggest whether or not Everton or Roberto Martinez actually do want him at the club, but with other wingers such as Aiden McGeady also linked with Everton in recent weeks then a winger could be high on Martinez's wish-list.

If it is true that he wants an Everton move, then we need to get him, he isn't the finished product as of yet, his final ball needs improving, but he has the raw talent to be a success and the times I have watched him, been impressed. For 2-3mil, it is a no brainer for me, better option than McGeady who is older and costs double the amount. Fingers crossed for the one.
