Steven Pienaar's 90th minute equaliser against Tottenham on Sunday was Everton's one thousandth goal in the Premier League era.
It's a nice statistic and the South African revealed another interesting stat in his post match interview.
'The last time I scored a header was in 2001 with my first goal in Europe for Ajax, so today was my second and I'm quite pleased with it.
'The timing was perfect and it was a special goal.' Pienaar told The Echo.
So a whole decade had passed since the 30-year-old had last scored with his head!
Despite previously playing for Spurs, Pienaar celebrated the goal in front of the Everton supporters. Some players decide against celebrating against their former clubs, but considering Pienaar's time at White Hart Lane you can hardly blame him celebrating considering it was a last minute equaliser!
But then just one minute and 20 seconds later, Nikica Jelavic had scored again and Everton had snatched victory from the jaws of defeat.
He continued: 'We had control of the game just before they scored, but having conceded the guys kept going, The determination is there, the belief the gaffer has installed in the team is immense, so is the character of the players and we can keep going until the last minute.
'We got all three points and I thought it was well deserved.
