The man who stormed many of our early season player of the month awards, Marouane Fellaini is back in training and should be fit for pre season.
The midfielder had such tremendous form before picking up his injury and such having him back fit and ready for the new season would be a massive boost.
"I am much better now, I have been at training for two weeks, The first and second months were difficult because I had my operation but now it is good. Marouane Fellaini told the Daily Post.
Using The Yak as an example, it is quite clear to see how important it is to get a full pre season behind you.
The Yak has been playing catch up fitness wise throughout the season and if Fellaini could avoid that it would be great news.
He added: "I hope to be ready for the start of next season. I will start back in July or August."
Of course, we have also had plenty of examples of players suffering set backs during their recovery, so its still fingers crossed time for Fellaini.
